In a release full of fun features (hi,!), the new Markup editor in Photos adds to the creativity already present in. You can draw on images, create callouts, add text, flip photos, and more. You'll never have to download another basic photo editing app ever again!. How to access the Markup editor Though you can draw on photos and video inside Messages for spur-of-the-moment fun, you can also access a more thorough Markup editor from the Photos app itself. (Just for images, unfortunately — there are no tools available for video at this time.). Launch Photos from your home screen.
If you want to highlight a specific aspect of your photo, you can add a callout. Tap the callout icon (looks like a lowercase A partially obstructed by a circle). A circular callout will appear. Touch and drag it to highlight any aspect of your image. To adjust the callout's size, touch and drag the blue dot along the circle. You can add highlighting in Word 2013 with a few clicks of the mouse. After selecting the text you want to highlight, choose the 'Text Highlight Color' button in the Home tab Font group. From here, you can select a color in the drop-down box to highlight the selected text in that color.
